First we would like to start by letting everyone know how much we appreciate your business and trusting us with the health and safety of your fur babies. Our business has strived to provide the utmost care to your animals, we understand these animals are members of your family. We have always tried to provide the best environment when making the bones and treats and still follow all FDA and Department of Ag. protocol.
We recently experienced some delays in our shipping as we were informed 2 of the 6 major shipping hubs have been temporarily shutdown due to sickness. Our packages are still being delivered they are just taking a little longer, so there will be certain products that can not be shipped (ice cream) at this time. I will email you personally to inform you of any changes.
